The £22.6 million Teesside Advanced Manufacturing Park (TeesAMP) offers a prime location for innovative manufacturing companies, creating an industry-leading cluster of businesses. The 11-hectare site is located less than a mile from Middlesbrough’s thriving centre and phase one of the development is now fully let.
About TeesAMP
TeesAMP is a key asset in Middlesbrough’s business landscape and is the base for some of the country’s most forward-thinking and like-minded manufacturing companies that are transforming technologies and driving innovation.
The park is made up of a number of units, and the businesses based in them are playing a key role in the UK’s advanced manufacturing output. The buildings are designed to ‘BREEAM Very Good’ standards and offer high quality, flexible accommodation space.
Ten buildings make up the site, ranging in size from 3,000 sq.ft. to 30,000 sq.ft. in phase one. Work on phase two of the park will commence soon, and units in this phase can be designed to bespoke specifications, putting the needs of the business at the heart of the design.
TeesAMP has made a significant impact since opening, attracting interest from global companies wanting to be part of Middlesbrough’s investment story.
